Tara and Nere's big day
On the morning of Saturday the 18th of March 2023, me and Nere got married at Bromley Civic Centre in the the Old Palace - The Function Room. With the beautiful room and garden in Bromley Civil Centre, we said our vows in front of our close friends and family and got to enjoy the fantasic gardens (with the weather holding off for us to take photos!).
From there the we took a cab and our guests on a minibus we arrived in Greenwich for our wedding lunch and wedding recepection at The Oystercatcher, a modern bar-restaurant in Greenwich by the thames. This had the full view of the Thames river for us to enjoy and the beautiful rainbow that appeared!
After a spectacular 3 course lunch, we got to mingle with our guests and wait for our evening guests to arrive. Once everyone had arrived we got to cut our cake and share doughnuts as desserts with everyone too. We also got to enjoy speeches in both English and French by our bridal parties. The guests got to enjoy dancing on the dance floor with our DJ or relaxing outside by the river.
Once the evening was here, I changed out of my wedding dress and into my party dress so I could join my guests on the dancefloor all night!

Their Wedding Website
We wanted a wedding website that had a translation function for English and French as Nere and his family are french. We also needed different RSVP for different guests, so we had a RSVP system put in where guests could search for their names and get their individual invite.
We did send our physical invites for everyone as we still liked the physical side of an invite but found having a wedding RSVP very helpful with keeping on top of invites and sharing more information with guests such as different transport link and multiply hotel ideas.
